A Resounding Success: SIASS and Verrimus Deliver First Commercial TSCM Training Course

SIASS is delighted to announce the outstanding success of our first commercial Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM) training course, delivered in collaboration with the TSCM specialists at Verrimus.

This intensive five-day programme was designed to take attendees from a foundational understanding of TSCM through to becoming competent operators within a commercial environment. The course successfully achieved this aim, equipping participants with both the knowledge and practical skills required to operate confidently against real-world technical surveillance threats.

As with all Verrimus TSCM training, the course is client-centred and outcomes focussed, using experiential learning methods. The course combined robust theoretical instruction with immersive, hands-on practical exercises conducted in realistic operational settings. Delegates followed the proven Verrimus investigative methodology for commercial TSCM, applying structured processes to detect, identify, and locate a range of technical surveillance threats.

In a controlled exercise environment, with threats deployed by members of the SIASS technical surveillance support specialist team, all attendees successfully identified and neutralised every commercial-level attack scenario. This is clear evidence that the Verrimus TSCM process is not only robust, but highly effective when applied correctly.

The feedback from attendees further reinforces the success of the programme. Post-course evaluation surveys showed:
