A recent task SIASS operators conducted on behalf of a client was to address the issues of suspected workplace theft.
The client, a large domestic appliance retailer, had a large increase in unsaleable/damaged goods and missing items over a six month period.
SIASS operators mounted an operation to detect and evidence the cause of this increase. The client then used the evidence provided to bring legal action against those employees involved.
